  • Rochester Rhinos head coach Bob Lilley, who discussed the team's 1-0 loss to Orlando City B last Friday despite controlling most of the play and the team's 2 match road swing starting on Saturday in Charlotte

  • Original Lancer and a member of the 1963 Italian-American Sport Club National Champions, Frank Caricchio
  • 3 time NASL 1st team all-star and an NASL Champion with the Kansas City Spurs, Manfred Seissler
  • Lancer captain, long time MISL and NPSL indoor player and coach former US International defender, Jim Pollihan
  • The man who covered the Lancers longer than anyone else in the Rochester newspapers, the late Bruno Sniders

Dick Howard talked about the Confederations Cup, the transfer window and the Canadian Championship between Toronto FC and Montreal. 

Finally, Dick, Michael Joe and Andrew remembered the late coach of the US Women's National Team, Tony DiCicco, who passed away last week.

Dick Howard returned from holiday and talked about the UEFA Champions League Final, the upcoming World Cup qualifying matches this week, the lack of live TV coverage of soccer matches across the UK, Italy facing England in the U20 World Cup semi-finals and the broken ankle recently suffered by Chelsea star Eden Hazard.   • Rochester Lancers head coach Doug Miller, who talked about his team's preparations for Sunday's opening match against the Dayton Dynamo.

Michael Lewis gave his onsite report of the New York Red Bulls losing to the LA Galaxy at Red Bull Arena on Sunday, plus he reviewed NYCFC earning a 1-1 draw with FC Dallas on the road Sunday and previewed the start of the FIFA U20 Men's World Cup starting this weekend and the chances for the US team.  Dick Howard was on live from England and talked about Chelsea winning the Premiership, the final match at White Hart Lane for Tottenham Hotspur after 118 years, Juventus losing to Roma to keep the Serie A race up for grabs and Real Madrid still holding the advantage in La Liga over Barcelona with a match in hand and level on points.  Click on the soccer ball to listen to the podcast!

Michael Lewis talked about the US U-17 boys qualifying for the U17 World Cup in October, the latest matches for NYCFC and the NY Red Bulls in MLS and the upcoming contests for the US Men's National Team.  With Dick Howard on vacation, Joe and Andrew talked about Chelsea and Juventus getting closer to league titles, this week's UEFA Champions League semi-final second legs and the start of a new Canadian Premier League next year. Dick Howard talked about the Classico with Barcelona winning 3-2 at Real Madrid, Juventus in control of Serie A, the UEFA Champions League semi-final draw, the FA Cup semi-finals and the week’s upcoming league matches.  Michael Lewis gave his onsite reports on the Cosmos 1-1 draw against Jacksonville on Coney Island and NYCFC losing at Yankee Stadium to Orlando City 2-1.   

 

Joe and Andrew gave their thoughts on opinions on Jeff DiVeronica’s article in the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle about 10 ways to revive the Rochester Rhinos and what they would do to improve attendance and the bottom line.
